APPOINTMENT BOOKINGS 

Love what we do? You can now book online via the FRESHA Online Booking app or it is often easier to contact us direct by calling or sending a text or Whatsapp message to 07809 591773. We will get back to you as soon as we can, but always within 24 hours.


IMPORTANT: ALL new clients will be required to also book a 10 minute Consultation/Patch Test appointment at the time of booking an appointment for any lash or brow treatment (see below), no less than 24 hours before your appointment date.

CONSULTATIONS & PATCH TESTS

New Clients

All new clients (without exception) are required to have a consultation and patch test before any lash or brow treatment. Reactions are extremely rare, however it is better to be safe than sorry.


If you are a NEW CLIENT booking online, please also ensure you book a separate appointment for a consultation/patch test, no less than 24 hours before your treatment date. It is a very quick appointment, but allows us to not only patch test you, but to ensure the treatment you have booked is right for you! Treatments will be refused (or appointments cancelled) if you have not booked in for and attended a consultation/patch test appointment.


If you have had the same treatment previously at another salon, you still require a patch test with The Epic Brow & Beauty Co. for us to carry out your treatment.

Existing Clients

If you are an existing client, but have not had a treatment in the last 6 months, you will also be required to book a consultation/patch test, no less than 24 hours before your appointment date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, you MUST provide 48 hours notice.


The Epic Brow & Beauty Co. reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of your treatment for all cancelled appointments with less than 48 hours notice. All ‘no shows’ are subject to our No Show Policy and will be required to pay for the value of their booking in full.


A deposit will be required going forwards to any future bookings.

Illness and Rescheduling

We understand that life happens and from time to time you may need to reschedule your\appointment. We ask that you provide 48 hours notice wherever possible, but if you wake up on the morning of your appointment and are at all unwell then please call or message 07809 591773 to reschedule your appointment. Believe it or not, we would rather you reschedule than attend your appointment unwell. You will not be charged and will be offered the first available appointment, at a time to suit you.
